Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Nova Glen Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
