Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ivory Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Boston. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
