Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bright Clear Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
