Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Timber Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Boston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
