Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
