Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Silverline Forge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Boston with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
