Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
