Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Summit Iron Medical is a Boise company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in Boise. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
