Northwind West Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 248 people based in Boise. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
