Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
