Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boise, ID)

Summit Rook Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Boise area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
