Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Nest Financial Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
