Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
