Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Birmingham with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
