Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cobalt Insurance Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
