Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
