Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Baltimore, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
