Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Oak Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
