Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Union Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
