Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Baltimore focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
