Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Corner Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
