Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
