Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
