Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
