Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
