Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Austin, TX)

Summit Birch Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people based in Austin. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
