Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Austin, TX)

Cedar Orchard Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Austin. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
