Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Atlanta. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
