Fernwood Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
