Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Linden Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Atlanta, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
