Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
