Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Anchorage. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
