Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Rowan Health provides primary and specialty care in Anchorage, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
