Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Anchorage area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
