Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Anchorage. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
