Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
