Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Birch Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Anchorage, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
