Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
