Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Cedar Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Albuquerque working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
