Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Wren Energy is an energy provider in Albuquerque focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
