Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wren Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
