Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Albuquerque with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
