Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Birch Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
