Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Field Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
