Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Wichita. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
