Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Virginia Beach with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
