Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
