Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
