Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
