Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
